I start with a subject in mind creating a painting from inner visions. It just seems to happen.
I am always searching to create something different. I began opening up to the idea of
abstracted creating and found it freeing and satisfying as I let myself be
purely in the moment with paint and canvas and absolutely
no pre-conceived idea of what I was going to paint.
When drawing or painting from life or still life I visualise the subject
and build it up using layers of paint to create a
lush
relaxed realistic painting for the viewer.
Being able to use different methods lets me create a diverse amount of work
for the pleasure of all different tastes within public art appreciation.
